Graham joined Fort in July 2023 and leads the strategic and operational direction of the business. Graham is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.

Joe joined Fort in September 2024 to help grow their private wealth business. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and has almost 20 years’ experience managing structures for high-net-worth private clients.

Coryn joined Fort in 2016 and works on a number of private investment and consultancy entities. Coryn is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Will joined Fort in 2020 and is responsible for a diverse portfolio of high-value international structures holding both listed and unlisted investments, properties and IP. Will is a fully qualified member of STEP.

Nick joined Fort following the acquisition of Cogent in June 2025. Nick oversees a number of complex structures for clients based in the USA and the Gulf and holds a degree in business. Nick is also a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors.

Paul joined Fort following the acquisition of Cogent in June 2025. Paul is involved in the planning and implementation of several complex international structures. Paul is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Jack joined Fort in November 2024 to lead and manage the financial initiatives of the business. Jack has a background in economics and has worked for almost 15 years across a range of strategy and financial management roles.

Ian joined Fort in 2018 as Non-Executive Chairman. He is an English Solicitor, Guernsey Advocate and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a member of STEP.

Sadie joined Fort in 2007 and directs the operational functions of the business. Sadie holds the diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Simon joined Fort in January 2025 and leads the risk and compliance framework of the business. He holds an ICA Diploma in Compliance.

Lisa joined Fort in 2024 and is responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy to foster a positive and inclusive environment where our colleagues can thrive. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Penny joined Fort in 2010 and acts as Manager of Fort’s Alderney office. She is a member of the London Institute of Banking & Finance and holds a Diploma in Financial Services Management and an International Diploma in Financial Administration.

Ryan joined Fort in 2010 and is responsible for the digital transformation of the business. He is a member of the British Computer Society.

Kirsty joined Fort in 2020 and acts as Office Manager and director of the group’s subsidiary companies. Kirsty holds a diploma in International Trust Management and is a full member of STEP.

Danielle joined Fort in 2007 and manages the in-house accounting team and the Company’s finances. Danielle holds a HNC in Business and Finance, a Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.

Liz has been working for Fort in excess of 15 years and is an experienced member of the client accounting team, with a wealth of experience in trust and company accounting.

Brett joined Fort in September 2021 as an Accountant within the client accounting team. Brett is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants, also holds a Subsidiary Certificate in International Finance, Accounting and Administration from the Chartered Governance Institute.

René joined in June 2025 as part of Fort’s continued growth to support and enhance our Client Reporting services. René has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, with qualifications including an LLB and FCCA.

Sharon joined Fort following the acquisition of Cogent in June 2025 as an Accountant and has over 20 years of experience in Trust and Company accounts. Sharon is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants.

Jill joined Fort in April 2014 and works as an Accounts Assistant in the internal accounts team.

Lisette joined Fort in May 2016 and works as an Accounts Assistant in the internal accounts team.

Chris joined Fort in December 2020. He supports the MLCO in managing the compliance team and is the MLRO. Chris is a member of the Chartered Governance Institute, holding a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance and an ICA International Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention.

Szilvia joined Fort in June 2016 and supports the Money Laundering Compliance Officer and the Compliance Supervisor. Szilvia holds a diploma with the International Compliance Association, and she is currently studying with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Glenn joined Fort in 2017 and is responsible for a portfolio of Companies and Trusts for a wide range of clients. Glenn is an affiliate member of STEP.

John joined Fort following the acquisition of Cogent in June 2025. John assists with compliance and other regulatory matters and is now supporting the integration of Cogent into the Fort business. John is a fellow member of the ICAEW.

Jessica joined Fort in 2018 and is responsible for a diverse portfolio of international structures. Jessica is a member of STEP.

Lauren joined Fort in 2016 and is responsible for a diverse portfolio of clients and new business. Lauren holds the International Diploma in Financial Administration and is a member of the STEP.

Mark joined Fort in 2005 and is responsible for a varied portfolio of long-standing high net worth clients. Mark is a fully qualified member of the STEP.

Rob joined Fort in September 2021 and is responsible for the management of various asset classes in multi jurisdictions. Rob is a fully qualified member of STEP.

Harry joined Fort in July 2020 and is responsible for a varied portfolio of international clients. Harry holds professional certificates from both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Banking (Ireland).

Alison has been part of the Fort team since 2020. She has many years of experience in the finance sector and looks after the administrative requirements of some of our highly valued clients.

Jo joined Fort in November 2019 and is responsible for a diverse portfolio of trust and company structures, including some long-standing high-net-worth clients. Jo has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.

Jack joined Fort in October 2017 and looks after a wide range of clients, continually working to maintain strong relationships with them. He is STEP qualified and is currently working towards his next qualification with the Chartered Governance Institute.

Emma joined Fort following the acquisition of Cogent in June 2025 and is responsible for a diverse portfolio of international clients. Emma is currently an associate member of STEP and is working towards completing the STEP Diploma.

Hazel joined Fort following the acquisition of Cogent in June 2025 and provides support and administration to a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Hazel has a background in banking.
